Our client is a cabin accommodation and restaurant provider with an open air Poolside Bar and Bistro. They are looking for experienced cooks as working as part of their team in food preparation and presentation of meals as required to total customer satisfaction.
Your Role:
-prepare, season and cook food to hotels requirements
-examine foods to ensure quality
-turn on, and regulate oven temperatures, grills and other cooking equipment
-prepare food for cooking
-season food for cooking
-portion food and plate food to ensure good presentation
-add sauces, gravies and salads to dishes
-store food and maintain the controlled facilities of storage
-assist in planning menus with chefs
-assist staff training in similar role
-AQF Cert III including at least two years of relevant experience or AQF Cert IV
-OR you must have at least three years of relevant experience to substitute for the formal qualification
Your salary of $55,000-$65,000 + superannuation
