Management of Accounts Payable Purchase orders, Invoices and StatementsCorporate Credit Card reconciliationsPersonal expense claim processingGather, print and verify working hours for project and yard labour. Enter labour hours in Payroll file on a weekly basis, submit to Payroll officer for processing.Project support including but not limited to organising rental vehicles and vehicle registrations, accommodation bookings, ordering site consumables and tools, etc.Contracts support including preparation of monthly progress claims in line with contract requirements and business deadlinesOrdering and maintaining office suppliesOrdering and maintaining PPE inventoryJob specific filingRelevant reporting as required by managementAny other relevant tasks as required by management
