You will be responsible for: - Managing an ongoing relationship with a large territory of our amazing customers across all industries. - Collaborating closely with Key Channel Partners in Australia to Develop strategies for our existing customers. - Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within our amazing customer base. - Managing our customers annual renewal's and working with them to expand their usage to gain more value from our system. - Strategic business value selling, focusing on expanding our customers use of our system to automate, simplify and grow their business. - Ensuring that the customer is getting the most out of the solutions they currently use through identifying opportunities for further consulting and project work; understanding the customer's strategic direction and proactively identifying and facilitating further solution opportunities, mapping our solutions evolving roadmaps The successful applicant will: - Be a hunter that wants to meet customers F2Frather than Zoom or phone calls. - Have Sales or Account Management experience, ideally in a Customer Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Corporate Performance Management or software solutions setting - Have a proven sales history with evidence of achieving targets. - Be responsible for updating Account Management calls, account plans and other key information into in the CRM - Possess excellent communication skills (both written and interpersonal) with a professional consultative approach - Have strong business acumen and represent Oracle with the highest level of professionalism - Be experienced in engaging with a wide range of senior to mid-level decision-makers, possessing high EQ skills - Thrive on identifying potential solutions to business problems, developing and implementing sales strategies, and delivering top quality account management service - Be energetic, driven and tenacious with a natural desire to achieve in a competitive climate. - Natural problem solver with ability to muti-task in a fast-paced environment and a lifelong learner.
