Play an integral role as SAPOL's Program Coordinator, working on the multi-year Decommissioning Program.

Your new role
As the Program Coordinator for the Mainframe Decommissioning Program, you will be a key member of the team responsible for planning, organising, and executing program activities. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ensure seamless communication, and efficiently utilise resources. Your role will involve monitoring progress, assessing outcomes, and providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, you will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Your expertise in coordinating project work across a complex IT program and your experience in planning, dependency, resource, and change management will be crucial. Additionally, your negotiation, stakeholder management, and engagement skills will help you work effectively with program managers and influence executives.
