3-5+ years proven experience as a Business AnalystExperience defining business needs, assess capability gaps, and define solution approachScope, collect business, functional, non-functional requirementsManage and scope requirements to meet client-specific needs while bolstering security posture and resilience against evolving threats.Swiftly resolving issues and optimising performance to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and client satisfaction.Participate in go-live activity to ensure successful production environment.Experience working with digital toolsets as Jira or Devops.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality and impactful deliverables to deadlines.Analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.Continuous learning mindset, staying informed and abreast of key trends, risks, developments and innovations that may impact our clients, our services or our ways of working.Organised, self-motivated and resilient in a fast-moving environment.Proven leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams and competing priorities.Professionalism and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.Tertiary education or equivalent industry experience.Market leading Parental Leave: Allows either carer to take 26 weeks of leave, flexibly, until a child is two years of age.
