About the Role This Brisbane-based permanent role offers hybrid flexibility to work two days a week from home.
The key focus of this role is to design and produce digital and print content for marketing, advertising, social media, events, and communications, ensuring alignment with brand identity and user experience principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver dynamic content that resonates with external and internal audiences, driving brand awareness and fostering meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging digital and print assets, including static, video, and motion graphics, optimised for various platforms.
Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, ensuring responsive, mobile-first designs and brand consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, translating them into wireframes, prototypes, and final assets informed by user research and testing.
Edit and optimise video footage for diverse platforms, ensuring high-quality output and brand alignment.
Conduct user research and testing to inform and enhance design decisions.
Develop a suite of social media templates adhering to brand guidelines.
Organise and maintain the digital asset library using SharePoint for easy access.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and aligning with business objectives.
About You This role will suit a Digital Design Specialist who understands digital marketing concepts and strategies and can create content that effectively communicates brand messages and drives engagement.
You are a proactive communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, staying ahead of design trends and technologies.
Your Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Digital Designer with a portfolio showcasing projects.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
and Canva.
Proficiency in crafting digital content across various platforms, with a focus on user experience.
Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, tailored for various channels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Uncompromising attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
