Senior Insurance Due Diligence Advisor Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a suitably qualified Senior Insurance Due Diligence Advisor to drive our Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions (PEMA) business within Marsh. This role involves leading insurance due diligence engagements for private equity, corporate, and financial institution clients, coordinating services with various Marsh practices, and advising clients on risks and insurance matters.
Core Responsibilities
* Contribute to the growth of the Marsh brand in Australia and New Zealand
* Prepare and deliver due diligence reports
* Coordinate services provided by other Marsh practices
* Mentor and coach junior staff members
* Liaise with overseas PEMA professionals across the globe
* Develop and nurture relationships with private equity firms, law firms, accounting firms, investment banks, and financial institutions
* Respond to RFPs
* Stay up-to-date with changing risk and insurance market conditions
Key Skills and Experience
* Experience in insurance broking and account management for corporate and/or global accounts
* Prior experience in a Due Diligence role or demonstrated experience with clients considering M&A in an insurance broking context
* Highly organized and self-motivated individual with ability to work independently
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Strong data analysis, research, report writing, and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is AUD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, superannuation, and flexible working arrangements.
