By continually monitoring and improving care processes, prioritising patient safety and satisfaction we will support clinicians to provide high quality, best practice evidenced care and strive for excellence.The Quality and Patient Safety Service upholds and promotes Hospitals North's CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.The team prides itself on being supportive and enabling of all members to develop and advance in this speciality area.The team has a patient centred focus, fostering a positive patient safety culture to improve patient outcomes and experience.The Role:Provide direct support to a department or services leadership team to develop and implement departmental quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.Drive department level initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.Access, monitor and evaluate department level clinical data and indicators as required and provide relevant advice and recommendations to the leadership team.Drive the use of co-design and consumer engagement within the department and champion the use of Patient Experience Data to focus improvement opportunities.Details of appointment:Multiple, permanent, full time and part time, day worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 17 March 2025.Salary: $114,851 to $121,886 per annum (Pro rata).
