As a key contributor to JCU's standing as a leader in graduate employment outcomes, you'll drive student engagement through innovative programs and activities while collaborating with academic staff to integrate career development learning into degree programs.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEWe're looking for a driven professional with a postgraduate qualification (or progress towards one) that qualifies for professional membership with a career development association such as the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA).
You bring proven expertise in career counselling and development, ideally within a higher education environment, and excel at embedding career development learning into curriculum, programs, and resources.With a strong grasp of the current graduate labour market and in-depth knowledge of higher education pathways, you're skilled at designing data collection and evaluation measures to support strategic goals.
Your exceptional communication, organisational, problem-solving, and administrative abilities enable you to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
