Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that align with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications. Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Job Description
Activities in OHI Consulting Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity streams as a Senior Technical Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities include
1. Design, Configure, test, debug, and maintain implementation projects of the OHI products
2. Collaborate with other team members on assignments
3. Estimate tasks and meet turning points and deadlines appropriately
4. Report progress on tasks and projects
5. Mentor junior team members
6. Understand and improve consulting standard methodologies
7. Strive for continuous improvement of Implementation Process & standards
Essential Skills
8. Implementation consulting experience in Health Insurance domain and / or Application implementation experience
9. Familiar with Oracle tech stack (Java, Groovy, SQL)
10. Experience with Webservices (RESTful) integration development work
11. Development skills with Oracle Application server and Database
12. Knowledge of other Oracle applications such as Fusion Financials / Documaker / Workflow / document management will be an advantage
Preferred Skills
13. Domain knowledge of Health Insurance
14. Previous work experience on direct customer exposure and Application implementation work
15. Prior experience of working in remote teams
16. Technical skills for integration, data migration and OHI dynamic logic configuration
17. Prior knowledge and experience on areas such as Cloud, deployment, Devops, Automation tooling etc.
