This includes analysis on key insurance products, business requirements, product development through migrations and enhancements.Hybrid working conditionsKey incremental roleDrive changeAccountabilities and main responsibilitiesStrategic FocusProvide high levels of technical expertise to investigate, analyse and resolve detailed and complex insurance enquiries to ensure a superior client experience.Complete tasks allocated by the lead analyst to prevent, early detect and resolve complex data/product related issues.Design, develop and execute plans to ensure the quality of products are maintained to the satisfaction of our clients as per each Fund business rules and insurance product designs.Support the lead analyst with coaching and guidance to ensure business objectives are met.Lead investigations and design effort on projects/enhancements.Lead & drive business improvements in line with the Quality Framework.Participate in problem solving and collaboration and maintain healthy group dynamics.Support, enhance and maintain standard practices & methodology within the team.Take action to lead & build relationships between areas, teams, departments, units and/or organisations internally and externally to support the achievement of the team and business goals.Identify and implement applicable investigatory and rectification techniques.Operational ManagementWork with Funds, internal/external auditors in delivering components of audits assigned by the manager.Complete tasks allocated by the lead analyst to prevent, early detect and resolve complex data/product related issues.Work closely with the resources within the IT area and deliver cost effective solutions that meet client requirements.Work directly with peers to ensure all insurance enquiries are managed in line with SLA's and each Fund Insurance business rules.Provide advice, guidance and support through analysis to manage and resolve complex insurance queries.Assist in projects to review and attend Insurance related functional specs, fund Insurance related changes, new fund Insurance related transitions.Experience & Personal AttributesDeveloped organisation and planning skills with the ability to deal with demanding workloads, prioritise and meet strict deadlines.Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to articulate issues surrounding business, operational and technical risk management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.Commercial, risk aware and outcomes focused.Ability to deal with ambiguity, change in role direction and focus when required to support the business need.Strong insurance and Superannuation product knowledge.Thorough knowledge of best practice administration processes and procedures.Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or a related discipline.Strong Business Analysis experience.Superannuation insurance knowledge.Some of our Employment Benefits:Flexible working - enabling our employees to work in the office and at home.Purchased Leave, Parental Leave, Volunteer Leave, Gender transition leave, Well-being leave.Employee Recognition Program - to recognise people who are demonstrating our values.Talent Referral Program.Salary Sacrificing via Superannuation.Employee Assistance Program.Learning & Development - Development at your fingertips via self-paced learning, including educational assistance support.Employee discounts - Access discounted rates and offers from a variety of providers including Bupa and Microsoft!Novated Car Leasing.Culture @ MUFG Pension & Market Services:We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
