Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:
1. Attending all Business Liaison Group and Community Liaison Group meetings in person, held in Bulleen and Watsonia Hubs which will include some early evening liaison meetings, taking and preparing accurate minutes and circulating these within designated timeframes.
2. Organising and scheduling meetings, coordinating agendas, briefings and presentation packs and preparing other relevant documents, reports and correspondence as required.
3. Managing diary invites and venue bookings to support the effective running of the Business Liaison Group and Community Liaison Groups
4. Assisting the team with financial and business support services including sourcing quotes, processing invoices, and managing procurement documentation.
As the Communications Officer – Community Liaison groups you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage and build relationships with various stakeholders across the Northeast Link Project. You will have a strong proficiency in organising and prioritising tasks to ensure tasks are administered within the required timeframes.
This opportunity is a 3-year fixed-term position.
It will be a requirement to travel and spend time at one or all our site offices.
