About the Role
Due to their rapid growth, we are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant / PA to support a commercial team and director. This is a hands-on role combining client interaction, admin, sales coordination, and prospecting. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong ethics, and wants a long-term career in commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with property deals per month
* Manage multiple appraisals weekly, liaising with clients and preparing documentation
* Coordinate inspections and communicate with clients, lawyers, and service providers
* Handle confidential data entry, CRM updates, and listing uploads (10–20% admin)
* Support social media prospecting and lead generation (70% of your prospecting work)
* Attend weekly sales meetings (Monday 7:30 AM)
* Provide reliable PA support to the Director while backing up team deals
* Help maintain relationships with existing clients across a 230-property portfolio.

About You
We're looking for someone who can plug in and hit the ground running. You’ll be proactive, trustworthy, and hungry to learn from the best.
You’ll Bring:
* Prior experience in real estate (commercial preferred)
* A full driver’s licence and own car (fuel allowance included)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Compass Plus, CoreLogic would be a bonus)
* A can-do attitude, high ethical standards, and a collaborative mindset
* Australian Permanent Residency or full work rights.
