In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing your team to ensure the highest levels of client service are delivered and financial objectives are met.In addition, the role is highly operational, and you will provide a full end-to-end travel consultancy service to clients.As a Corporate Travel Team Leader with CT Connections, you will: Lead, nurture and manage a team of corporate travel consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's effectiveness and efficiency in delivering high-quality travel services.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, underpinned by accountability and demonstration of the Group's values.Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve their personal best through constant feedback and regular one-on-one sessions.Identify individual consultant's knowledge and skill gaps and pro-actively work with the L&D team to develop learning strategies to bridge these.Oversee the coordination and booking of domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and other related services, while ensuring adherence to client's travel policies, budgets, SLA's and traveller preferences.Establish and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels and car rental agencies to negotiate favourable contracts, rates, and amenities for clients.Attributes, Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Cert III and IV in Travel and Tourism (desirable)Extensive experience as a Senior Corporate Travel ConsultantSignificant experience as a Team LeaderStrong fares and self-ticketing knowledgeExpert knowledge of travel software (Sabre/Tramada experience desirable)In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Strong understanding of travel policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.Leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team and foster a positive work culture.If you believe you have what it takes and are aligned culturally and competently, please APPLY now providing a covering letter and your resume.
