YOU | As Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, the community, and referral partners, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and outcomes. You will be well-connected and exhibit professionalism within the Agribusiness Banking community. A solutions-oriented and proactive mindset will drive you to identify and pursue opportunities in a diverse banking environment. Ideally, you will also bring:
• An in-depth understanding of various agricultural sectors, market dynamics, and industry trends that impact agribusiness clients.
• Familiarity with regulations and policies affecting the agribusiness sector, including environmental laws and government subsidies.
• Strong skills in evaluating creditworthiness through financial statement analysis and risk assessment in lending.
• Expertise in cashflow lending, particularly in managing seasonal income fluctuations.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with lending to agribusiness clients, including market volatility and environmental factors.
• Experience in, or exposure to (through providing support to managers), identifying and acquiring new clients through targeted marketing strategies and networking opportunities.
• Strong skills in building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
