Each role will drive Symal’s expansion in their region by conducting market analysis and implementing strategies to strengthen our position in the civil infrastructure sector.Your impact:Through your business development, Symal will be best positioned for tangible business opportunities across the market in various sectors.Your every day:Conducting thorough research on multiple market sectors that are being targeted by SymalIdentifying and acting on quality leads and their servicesManaging and maintaining strategic client plans, identifying key clients, their services and potential future business opportunitiesPreparing and recommending marketing plans & strategiesActive involvement in the tender submission processRepresenting Symal at various industry events to enhance networking opportunitiesWho are you?5+ years experience in a similar BDM role within construction, building or other related sectorsExcellent negotiation and sales skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to coherently communicate ideas and opportunities to stakeholdersDemonstrated track record of success in past rolesSelf motivated & solution orientatedA career with usSymal is an equal opportunity employer.
