Who are we looking for?
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time or part-time Physiotherapist to join the Westbourne Park/ Grange team! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional, looking to join a fresh and creative multidisciplinary Allied Health team. Working across a variety of settings, including residential aged care, clinics and customers’ homes, you will design and deliver therapeutic programs within a holistic, person-centred model of care. Using your exceptional interpersonal skills you will build relationships with customers, families and other professionals, working together to establish goals and ensure needs are met.

What can you expect to be doing?
18. Assess, treat and manage a broad range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological and rehabilitation
19. Deliver evidence-based Physiotherapy services that are focused on customer needs and goals, and optimising well-being
20. Plan and implement groups targeted for older people including hydrotherapy, Pilates and falls and balance
21. Establish rapport with customers and their families, carers, other health professionals and students to maximise customer outcomes
22. Contribute to innovation and growth of services to enable older people to live their lives to the fullest
What do you need to bring?
23. Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
24. Current AHPRA registration
25. Knowledge of the ageing process, the principles of self-management and the promotion of positive ageing
26. Experience in residential aged care, home care or disability (desirable)
27. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
