About the Role:We're looking for a Digital Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in technical system analysis to join our team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in evaluating, enhancing, and optimising our government clients' digital systems to ensure they align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:System Analysis & Optimisation - Assess existing digital systems and business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and strategic alignment.Requirements Gathering & Documentation - Develop comprehensive technical and functional specifications to guide the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions.System Interrogation & Troubleshooting - Extract, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources, working with technical teams to diagnose and resolve system issues.Stakeholder Collaboration - Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.Testing & Quality Assurance - Ensure systems meet business requirements through thorough testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management.What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex digital ecosystems.Experience working with data extraction, validation, and business intelligence tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital transformation best practices.If you're an experienced Digital Business Analyst looking to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
