About the role As a Support Officer within the Client Services - Intake, Assessment & Review team you will be responsible for onboarding a large number of clients across all Red Cross Aged & Community Care programs. As well as addressing general enquiries from our Aged Care Client Services Inbox and Phoneline. What you will bring Demonstrated ability to follow and implement Frameworks, policies, procedures, work instructions, guidelines and standards Ability to demonstrate initiative; work independently and in a team environment. Proven highly developed organisational and time management skills. Solve work related problems of limited difficulty using knowledge, judgement and work skills Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing programs to consumers from diverse backgrounds and cultures, including (but not limited to) First Nations, CALD and LGBTIQ+.
