DESCRIPTION We are seeking experienced Workshop / Truckbay Supervisor to join our dynamic workshop team based in Tamworth.
Description Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices Ensure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver results Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) is preferred Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products Experience in a management is preferred but not essential Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment Education, Licenses, Certifications: Mechanical trades qualified as a Heavy diesel mechanic or automotive Mechanic (light / heavy / engine recon) Experience as a technician in the service and maintenance of heavy or light diesel products.
Cummins engines is highly preferred.
Engine rebuild and reconditioning experience is highly desirable Solid diagnostic and IT capabilities Automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
