THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Communications Sales Specialist based in our Macquarie Park, Sydney office.
Reporting to the GCS National Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support general line account managers across multiple sales divisions engage with existing and new customers on how GCS solutions can solve business problems.
Through providing GCS subject matter expertise, the role will develop and win business opportunities for our Production print product range including hardware, software, solutions and services targeting Graphic Communication and non-Graphic Communication markets.
We are looking for someone with a well-developed commercial acumen, influencing skills and an engaging communication style who can work autonomously and engage cross functional departments when pitching for potential new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: • Existing customer growth & managing relationships within the GCS sector and wider commercial print space.• Targeting competitor GCS accounts and convert them to a FBAU Solution.
• Identify & engage key coverage within the accounts so that FBAU continuously builds understanding of customer's business challenges and strategic drivers.• Customer centric solutions are developed and high levels of sales performance are delivered through developing an in-depth understanding of market trends and customer segments.• Development of a territory business plan so that it is implemented and reviewed in line with FBAU strategies ensuring growth of existing business.
• Marketing activities within CRM developed including segmentation, contact plans, sponsorships and events.• Swift resolution of customer issues utilises the relevant stakeholders to bring about high customer satisfaction results Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years' experience in B2B sales of capital equipment and solutions within the printing industry.• Capital equipment sales background within print or an allied industry.• Knowledge and experience of competitor technology, HP Indigo, KM, Ricoh & Oce / Canon.• Proven track record of achieving budget within this space.• Proven and demonstrable history of success selling Print solutions, hardware software into the commercial print and print for pay market.• Ability to develop and manage effective business\customer relationships at both functional and executive levels articulating the value that FBAU can bring.• A track record of excelling in a target driven environment in an area relevant to our business including commercial print, print for pay and mail houses.• Experience in developing and executing business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenue.• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide status updates to the business.
