Have meaningful impact as a Property Change Manager
YOUR ROLE
Our Property and People Enablement team is looking for an experienced Change Manager.
This role is part of a team with a mandate to help employees and partners understand our offices and its technologies to achieve business outcomes.
It includes ensuring employees and partners have a strong awareness and understanding of what's happening at our office locations and the technology in them.
Ultimately, we want to ensure a great workplace experience.
We're looking for a strategic thinker to lead change initiatives related to our Property and Property Technology locations, products and services.
You'll plan and execute strategies for change management, communication, and training, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the business.
You will develop key change management deliverables, including impact and stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training plans, and adoption strategies.
You'll also create and deliver communication materials, conduct business engagement sessions, and lead training workshops to support users through change.
Collaboration with various teams will be essential to align messaging and ensure seamless execution across the organisation.
We're seeking someone with strong communication and training skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

This is a nine month fixed term opportunity or secondment based near any of our major centres across Australia and New Zealand.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences:
Experience working in change management supporting corporate offices and property and with technology.
Ability to drive end-to-end behaviour change with employees through partnering with others and leveraging existing channels.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Effective influence, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to communicate complex ideas to a non-technical audience.
Demonstrates a willingness to help people.
Passionate about delivering business value with technology.
Self-motivated.
Creative problem solver who can think beyond status quo.
A team player, with community spirit, strong communications skills and a "can do" attitude.
Works well in a collaborative team setting.
Qualification in change management, business, management, human resources or related fields.
A minimum 5 years complex organisational change management experience.
Experience designing and executing change management and communication strategies, preferably related to Digital Workplace technologies.
