About the Role:
Contribute to a secure, efficient passport service by performing key back-office tasks. Ensure timely, accurate entry of physical applications into systems and handle additional administrative duties for proper storage and disposal.

Hourly Rate: $39.40 + Super (incl. casual loading)
Hours: Regular business hours

This role provides opportunities for career progression, potential extensions or conversions, simple timesheet submissions, and reliable weekly pay.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Scan Documents: Handle passport photos, application forms, and supporting documents, ensuring all materials are scanned accurately and efficiently.
* Application Management: Separate and organize applications, especially those that are non-scannable, to ensure smooth processing.
* Record Destruction: Follow protocols for the secure destruction of records no longer needed, maintaining compliance with data handling regulations.
* Error Correction: Manage applications that have been incorrectly marked, ensuring quality control and accuracy.
* Exception Handling: Conduct manual exception tasks, such as rescanning applications for quality improvement, and manage mail sorting, filing, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
* Administrative Duties: Perform basic administrative tasks, including network production duties, to support the team's operations.

Additional Information: Training will be provided to support new staff in the role. Occasional travel may be required to fulfill duties at different locations.
