About the role
1. This role works within Administration Services – Caboolture, Kilcoy, and Woodford Clinical Directorate.
2. The role has a professional and operational reporting line to the Administration Supervisors, Administration Services and or the Administration Relief Coordinator.
3. The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient, effective, professional and client focused administration support, servicing in the follow areas and may require you to work within a 24/7 roster system.
4. Predominately the role will be required to cover planned, unplanned, and extended ad hoc/emergent leave and at times may be required to carry out administrative support to temporary projects/redevelopment type areas.
5. Support the effective operation of the Administrative Relief by being accepting and responsive to changes in rostering, often at short notice and quickly adapting to workplace team dynamics.
