About the Department The Engineering Services Department manages facilities maintenance and project management across multiple health and aged care sites, utilizing both in-house and contracted service providers.
About the Role This team leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to drive the advancement of facilities management and engineering projects through a skilled and experienced multi-trade team.
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee safe practices in engineering support for health and aged care services. Manage contracts and contractor relationships. Handle stakeholder engagement and project management. Plan effectively and manage budgets for site maintenance and small projects. Ensure adherence to engineering and maintenance standards and regulatory requirements. Provide expert advice and interpretation on engineering services to executive management. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Proven experience in managing engineering services and facilities maintenance. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities. Working towards or committed to completing a Diploma of Management. Satisfactory National Police Check. Valid driver's license (proof required before starting).
