We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Carole Park branch, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and uphold our aspiration of a zero-harm environment and Safety 1st culture.
2. Participate in internal and external safety audits.
3. Apply specialised technical knowledge to ensure optimal project outcomes.
4. Ensure compliance with ISO quality processes.
5. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and suppliers.
6. Administer project management tools such as Winshill and Toggl.
7. Lead and manage projects to successful completion, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
8. Assist in calculating project and tender costs, including materials, equipment, and labor.
9. Monitor compliance with budgeted hours and costs.
10. Use project management tools to track deliverables and ensure timely project delivery.
11. Coordinate tasks with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service Teams.
12. Support and mentor team members, providing guidance where needed.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
1. Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or another related field.
2. Working experience and knowledge of design, application and maintenance of hydraulic, lubrication and refueling systems.
3. Ability to coordinate changing priorities in a dynamic environment and schedule effectively and efficiently.
4. Working knowledge of project management.
5. Working knowledge of PLM software, especially PTC Windchill.
