Specialising in Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Communications & Renewable Energy; as a subsidiary of the GenusPlus Group (ASX: GNP).The RoleGenus Infrastructure is offering an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our commercial team. The Contract Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all project-based contract administration, as well as downstream tendering and procurement in accordance with key project objectives and commercial risk initiatives. This role will oversee commercial delivery of key projects and act as escalation, in accordance with set Company frameworks and process.Position RequirementsMinimum qualifications in contracts or business law;Project management or Quantity Surveying qualifications will be viewed favourably.Minimum 5 years’ experience in a contract- or commercial management role, preferably delivering energy projects in a design and construct environment;Demonstrated knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety;Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver key commercial outcomes;Exceptional stakeholder relationship management and interpersonal skills;Experience in commercial negotiation and significant claims resolution;Demonstrated understanding of legislation pertaining to quality management, occupational safety and health, construction, and security of payment.Essential Skills, Qualifications and ExperienceStrong understanding of the AS4000 suite of contracts and commercial negotiation;Strong business acumen, including strong professional writing and claims assessment skills;Demonstrated experience in achieving performance-based goals and objectives;Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, schedule and plan;Ability to work independently using own initiative and within a cohesive team environment;Demonstrated level of analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.If after reading the details of this vacancy you feel you meet the selection criteria, and would be a good fit for the role, please select APPLY!GenusPlus Group values diversity and inclusion and we strongly encourage females and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.*Please note that due to high volumes of applications only those shortlisted will be contacted.
