Essential criteria
1. Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years, working in a similar role performing business analysis activities including workshop facilitation, supporting the successful delivery of high-impact and high-value initiatives that lead to meaningful change.
2. Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with technical SME's to define and obtain an understanding of business needs, technical constraints, and technical concepts and present them in simple terms.
3. Demonstrated experience in effectively managing multiple business stakeholders, and establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders.
4. Proven experience, of at least 2 years, in a role relating to cloud platforms (preferably Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure) including delivery of new services.
5. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise and keep stakeholders informed and engaged, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, cultivating productive working relationships across multiple projects and business areas.
Desirable criteria
1. Experience working in Government or providing services to Government agency
2. Demonstrated experience and flexibility to adapt to agile and waterfall processes to deliver projects.
