About the Opportunity
We are now looking for a full-time Executive Assistant based in Fortitude Valley, QLD.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role provides high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and CEO while also offering ad-hoc assistance to the other members of the executive leadership team and supporting the efficient operation of the business.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Managing diaries, phone screening, filing, and preparing/collating reports and documentation.
* Supporting the Managing Director and CEO with administrative and secretarial tasks.
* Assisting the Marketing Manager with marketing-related activities as needed.
* Coordinating and assisting in the preparation of development proposals.
* Ensuring smooth head office operations, including onboarding new staff and liaising with the Body Corporate.
* Representing the Managing Director and CEO in external engagements.
* Providing general office management support to meet the CEO's strategic goals.
* Collaborating with the team to ensure alignment with VRG's annual objectives.
This role is ideal for a highly adaptable and emotionally intelligent professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have extensive experience operating as an EA or PA at an Executive Management level. Candidates with experience working within retirement living will be held in high regard though this is not essential. An understanding of small to medium sized private companies would be an asset.
This role will not suit someone who is rigid in their work approach. Rather, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be flexible and resilient, with the ability to support various senior leaders in an ever-evolving and rapid-paced environment. A high proficiency using the Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint skills would be considered an advantage.
With exceptional interpersonal communication and time management skills, you will be professional in your approach and maintain the highest ethical standards at all times, including the ability to manage confidential information. A current, open driver's license is also a must.
