About our client:
Randstad is pleased to once again be partnering with our client who are a large not-for-profit who invest solid effort and resources into optimising their payroll function with a focus on continuous improvement. This role will see you responsible for full function fortnightly processing of a New Zealand payroll while working as part of a broader team processing the pays for Australia.

About the role:
Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader and working in a team environment, your duties will include:
7. Updating and maintaining of employee records
8. New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
9. Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
10. Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
11. Award interpretation
12. Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
About you:
13. 2+ years in a similar role
14. Experience in a medium - high volume environment
15. Exposure to New Zealand payroll is preferred, however not essential for the right candidate
16. High level of attention to detail
17. Full and unlimited Australian working rights
