Most of the team at Kooinda have been with KU between five to 20+ years and enjoy working across the 4 rooms at the service whilst sharing their special interests such as music, landscape design, storytelling and cooking with the children and families. Staff have a wonderful relaxing staff room with large windows overlooking onto the bushland surrounds and there are some cosy spots to maximise your opportunity to recharge during break times.
There is a very large yard that children can explore throughout the day that is open plan providing lovely opportunities for siblings and friends to interact no matter their age whilst playing amongst the cubby houses, on the climbing frames and in the mud kitchens.
