We’re ready to help you do it.The Role:We’re seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Member Engagement Team. This role can be based from either Sydney or Melbourne.This role is responsible for managing and growing these partnerships, through:Growing transactions and revenues over the medium and long term.Manage and grow the strategic commercial partnerships in a planned and coordinated way, which supports their business objectives and achievement of AP+ business goals.Collaboratively understand the partner’s strategy, their needs and driving greater strategic alignment against these needs.Be an internal advocate for assigned partners and drive internal alignment for best outcomes for partners and AP+.Broker relationships between individuals and teams within AP+ and within partner organisations as needed.Act as an escalation for issues raised by partners and work internally to drive timely resolutionsDevelopment of strategic account plans for partners, working in collaboration with other parts of the AP+ business to ensure success.Promoting the AP+ suite of products and developing propositions to drive adoption of these products.Leading and negotiating commercial agreements that meet both AP+ and the need of partners.Development and management of overall partnership engagement strategy and approach, to drive high member engagement scores.Proposed Role Requirements are:Experience in payments, ideally within a bank, acquirer, or PSP environment.Proven expertise in consultative selling.Strong background in developing and nurturing strategic relationships.Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic settings.Commercially savvy with excellent negotiation abilities.Skilled in identifying customer challenges and collaborating to find solutions.Demonstrated ability to foster strong, trusting relationships.Resilient, resourceful, and disciplined in approach.Driven by a passion for generating opportunities and growth.Agile thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives.Disciplined, with a knack for establishing effective work routines.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at tailoring messages to various audiences.Experienced in influencing and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.What happens next:At AP+, we believe in the power of passion, pride, and purpose.
