We value respect, safety, diversity, and inclusion.The RoleAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects, specifically in the field of road construction. You will lead the project team and ensure the effective delivery of road infrastructure projects and other critical road construction activities.Key AccountabilitiesLead the project management of multiple road infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle.Apply technical expertise and leadership to coordinate activities, ensuring project objectives are met.Oversee compliance with operational system procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality project delivery.Ensure team members understand their responsibilities.Plan, assign, supervise, and coordinate the work activities of team members.Prepare and manage tenders and estimates.Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Determine engineering requirements for project delivery.To be successful you will have:A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ).Valid Queensland 'C' class driver's licence or equivalent.A Diploma in Project Management and accredited Frontline Management qualification is highly desirable.Experience working on transport projects, ideally in road construction or maintenance industry.Strong leadership and managerial skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.Highly developed written and verbal communication.Demonstrated commitment to a positive Health & Safety culture.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Experience in contract management.Willingness and ability to travel/work on projects throughout Queensland.Benefits of working for TMR include:A stable and safety-oriented work environment.RPEQ compensation payment.Friendly and inclusive workplace culture.Generous leave and overtime provisions.Competitive salary and generous superannuation.How to apply: Click on the 'Apply' button to complete your online application.
