Job Title: Counter Specialist

As a Counter Specialist, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the continued sales growth of the store through delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with core policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Improving processes at the counter by ensuring systems are implemented and followed.
* Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries.
* Training and supporting new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes.
Requirements:
* Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.
* Strong multi-tasking skills and a keen eye for detail will lead to your success in this role.
* Background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities (ideal but not essential).
