We are transforming into a stronger, more agile organisation.About the RoleThe IT Service Desk Analyst handles the installation, setup, troubleshooting, and upkeep of Microsoft Windows desktops, notebooks, terminals, smartphones, printers, and related devices. They serve as the initial technical contact, addressing incidents and managing service requests for business-specific applications and software.The Healius service desk team comprises a dedicated group of technical analysts located at key locations throughout Australia. They focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring high satisfaction, all while enhancing their technical expertise.
