We're looking for a full-time Night Auditor to join our team As a Night Auditor, your shift will start at 11:00 PM and finish at 7:30 AM, where you'll help ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our guests Every day is different, but you will mostly be: Assisting the Night Manager in preparing overnight reports, balance the daily transactions and setting up for the day ahead. Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques in accordance with established procedures Checking guests in, out and managing any wake-up call requests Answering phones and dealing with overnight guest queries Performing other duties such as concierge services, room service and special guest requests Ensure safety and security of all guests and employees What we need from you Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Ability to problem solve, stay organised and adapt in the moment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Sound Opera Knowledge Driver's License (Preferred) RSA and Food Safety Certificates Availability to work a 7-day overnight roster including weekends and public holidays.
