About the Role…
Working with our Transition to Work contract, you will provide intensive, pre-employment support to improve the work-readiness of young people and assist them into sustainable work or education. You will conduct assessments to identify barriers of the youth and provide direction and support to ensure their journey into appropriate and sustainable employment. MOTIVATE and EMPOWER our clients through their employment journey.
Engaging and referring participants to stakeholders and community organisations. You will place participants into employment by firstly supporting them with job search activities including interview coaching and resume preparation along with matching participants to current vacancies and reverse marketing to identified employers.
