Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
5. Maintain regular communication with current landlords
6. Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspect where necessary
7. Organise and conduct:
8. Periodic inspections
9. Condition reports
10. Vacating or final inspection
11. Prepare, lodge and present applications to the VCAT and act in accordance with orders
12. Track rent arrears
13. Carry out rent reviews
14. Duties as requested by agency Principal and Team Leader
15. Identify challenges and be solution focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the team
16. Oversee property compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
17. Check and approve tenancy applications
18. Supervise the execution of Tenancy Agreements and associated documents
19. Prepare and place advertisements for available rental properties
20. Manage rental enquiries and show available properties
21. Organise appointments and conduct open for inspections
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
22. Must have prior experience in property management
23. Current industry standard certifications are essential
24. Reliable car/drivers licence
25. Finley tuned negotiation skills
26. Excellent phone manner
27. Corporate presentation
28. An eye for attention to detail
29. Strong computer skills
30. Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
