What will you be doing? As a Youth Worker in our ITC program, you'll be providing trauma-informed, therapeutic care to young people with medium to high needs. You'll work in a supportive, values-driven environment to help ensure their safety and well-being. Key responsibilities include:
1. Building positive, caring relationships with young people
2. Supporting their daily living needs, such as transportation to school, appointments, and activities
3. Being present in the ITC home and acting as a key part of the support team
What we’re looking for:
1. A Diploma in Youth Work or a related field
2. A passion for helping vulnerable young people thrive and reach their potential
3. An eagerness to learn, develop, and apply trauma-informed care practices
