Role Overview
UMENCO is recruiting a dynamic Marketing Executive to become an integral part of a contemporary womenswear brand celebrated for its effortless, minimalistic aesthetic, truly the essence of understated luxury.
In this pivotal role, the Marketing Executive will oversee the Marketing Calendar, meticulously planning and updating all upcoming media launches. They will dive into creating and executing vibrant marketing campaigns for product lanuches and brand initiatives, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, Social Media Coordinator and Ecommerce teams to develop target strategies. The successful talents creativity will shine as you craft compelling content for the brands website, social media platforms and blogs, all while staying ahead of the latest trends to inform the marketing tactics.
The Marketing Executive will also manage CRM and SMS marketing efforts, focusing on the development and optimisation of email and SMS campaigns for both Australian and US markets. This will include refreshing emailings bi-annually with engaging content, leveraging data analytics to elevate key performance metrics and executing campaigns through Klaviyo. The successful talent will have a keen eye to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels as they collaborate with Ecommerce, social media and marketing teams to maintain a unified strategy.
In regards to paid media, the Marketing Executive will plan and implement advertising campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager, ensuring a cohesive message across platforms like Facebook, META and Google. They will oversee the creative approval process, manage the affiliate platform for strategic placements and facilitate the smooth transfer of advertising assets to external agencies.
The Marketing Manager will take charge of casting, managing production documents and scout fresh talent – photographers and stylists alike – for shoots and event activations. Their support will be essential during shoot run throughs and event planning, as they manage sponsorship relationships and ensure all assetts and media align with the critical path. The role requires a proactive mindset, adept at meeting deadlines and providing insights that shape our marketing strategies.
To thrive in this position, the successful talent should have proven marketing experience, exceptional writing skills, strong analytical capabilities and expertise in CRM, SMS and paid advertising campaigns.
