In this role, you will • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team and take on the responsibility of Centre Safety Champion • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Joondalup • Our educators and Teacher believe in children learning through fun and play. You’ll need • A Diploma or bachelor’s in early childhood education • Hold a current Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one • Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management How to apply Click ‘Apply Now’ and submit your application.
