Your new role
A globally renowned technology company is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative UX Researcher with a strong focus on survey methodologies and advanced statistical analysis. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making within their product development process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quantitative research methods, particularly in designing, executing, and analysing complex surveys. They will be responsible for translating large datasets into actionable insights that inform product strategy and user experience improvements.
The role requires a blend of academic rigour and practical industry experience. The candidate should be adept at using statistical tools and software to perform advanced analyses, such as regression, correlation, factor analysis, and more. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and other researchers, to ensure that survey data is effectively utilised to enhance our products.

What you'll need to succeed
* 5-6 years of industry experience applying quantitative research and survey methodologies in a UX context.
* Experience designing, executing, and analysing large-scale surveys using advanced statistical methods (e.g., regression, correlation, factor analysis).
* Knowledge of tools such as R, SQL, MaxDiff, and conjoint surveys for data analysis.
* PhD in social sciences, statistics, experimental research, or a related field preferred.
