Job Description
We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or Social Work interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Albany WA.
We are open to this position in a Part Time (Minimum 3 days p/w) or Full Time capacity.

In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day with the support of a strong team of healthcare professionals. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological, supporting them to achieve return to health and work outcomes.
Your duties will include:
* Case management;
* Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
* Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
* Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals;
* Working across various schemes such as workers compensation and employer-funded injury prevention programs;
* Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and work outcomes;
* Completing assessments using your clinical skills.
Qualifications
* A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Physiotherapy;
* Registration with AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, AASW or relevant governing body;
* Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Compassion and empathy;
* Strong time management skills;
* A current valid Driver’s License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance is a must.
