You will also be responsible for scheduling the installation of minor transport infrastructure, assisting with pedestrian and vehicle counts, and responding to customer requests related to transport concerns.If you have an eye for detail and a passion for improving transport networks, we encourage you to apply and be part of a team that makes a real impact.You are a passionate and experienced customer-focused professional with exceptional communication skills, dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. You navigate complex, technical, and sensitive issues with empathy and clarity, ensuring customers feel heard and informed. Skilled in managing challenging conversations, you resolve complaints effectively while maintaining strong relationships. Thriving both independently and within a small team, you bring valuable experience in inspecting, assessing, and reporting on asset conditions, contributing to the ongoing improvement of community infrastructure.You will bring:Certificate IV or higher in a relevant technical discipline, and/or demonstrated experience in the field of infrastructure asset management, preferably in technical investigations or transport management.Demonstrated experience in inspecting, assessing, and reporting on the condition of assets.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via a range of channels including both verbally and in writing.Understanding of asset management practices relating to infrastructure assets (roads, cycleways, footpaths).Ability to effectively manage relationships with difficult customers, respond to complaints, and relay outcomes on complex, technical, and emotive issues.LET'S REVEAL THE PERKSCompetitive salary $77,896 - $90,528 a year plus 12 percent superannuation.Commencing salary set in line with skills and experience with annual reviews available to support movement through the salary range.35 hour working week with hybrid work model and flexible working hours.Weekly pay.We value your health and wellbeing and offer generous discounted gym memberships through our Corporate Fitness program, connect with colleagues through our social club, be inspired by regular wellbeing initiatives, annual flu vaccinations, and confidential support via our employee assistance (EAP) program.We are committed to being an employer of choice.
