The Senior Change Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that changes within our Digital & Technology portfolio are delivered in alignment with AusNet's change management framework and people processes. A key focus of this role is building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as the Enterprise Change Management Team and Internal Communications teams, to ensure our employees, leaders, and people adapt to the changes brought by the Digital and Technology uplift. With a Hybrid split (Office/WFH), this role is based in Southbank and is part of the People Enablement team, within People & Safety. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Collaborate with project teams to execute change management plans that support strategic initiatives. Conduct detailed change impact assessments and identifying people risks of delivery. Identify the overall change management approach, stakeholders impacted, high level impacts, key activities and success measurements. Perform ongoing change readiness assessments to gauge preparedness for upcoming transitions, adjusting plans as needed based on results. Deliver change in alignment with Enterprise Change Management governance, training and communications methods, templates, reporting and tracking. Track the progress and effectiveness of change management activities, reporting updates to the Change Management Lead. You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Desirable Change Management Qualification and or training. Proven experience in transformational change management in various sectors however Digital is highly desirable. Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement to all organisational levels. Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple competing activities and a strong ability to work with ambiguity. Strong written and verbal communication experience. Ability to liaise cross-functionally with various levels of stakeholders. Working understanding of HR processes desirable. A real place to belong.
