Role Description This is a part-time hybrid job role with flexible hours. You can work from home some days; other days you will be needed to work alongside myself at my office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls, communications, executive administrative tasks, and clerical duties.
Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills would be great but not essential.Proficient typing and writing email skills are preferred.Experience using Microsoft Word is a must.Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.Clerical skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not essential.Seniority levelEntry level
