Act as an Oncology Haematology resource person for staff and patients and their significant others throughout the region.Provide clinical oncology haematology nursing knowledge and care coordination across the organisation.Demonstrate leadership and role modelling.Promote maintenance of clinical standard setting and monitoring, policy development and change management as required to improve the patient's management.
