The Role:
Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team – this could be a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in taking the next logical step in their career to work autonomously and build and execute the company’s talent acquisition capabilities.
You will work closely alongside a team of experienced leaders and clinicians based at our offices. You will be proactively recruiting our next generation of passionate community Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Allied Health Assistants.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively attract and source exceptional candidates;
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process;
* Provide an exceptional customer service to stakeholders and candidates.
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
* Able to multi-task within an evolving and dynamic environment;
* Create and drive innovative resourcing strategies;
* Willingness to take ownership and grow your portfolio as the business grows.
