As General Manager WA, you will oversee corporate offices across the region, driving high performance, profitability, and scalability. With the recent appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer for Australia, based in Brisbane, the organisation is entering an exciting phase of growth and development, providing an ideal platform for transformational leadership in WA.The GM WA will champion a service excellence mentality, ensuring person-centred care, compliance with company and regulatory standards, and the cultivation of strong community partnerships. Leading a team of 500+ staff, the role will inspire and embed a culture of engagement and high performance, while achieving sales and operational targets.
