Business Administrator & Customer Support
SimplyClean Australia, proud winner of the 2023 NSW Award for Excellence in Small Business, is seeking a skilled and experienced business administrator to join our team. We’re looking for someone proficient in accounting software, with a background in business administration, who’s also ready to roll up their sleeves in a dynamic small business environment focused on manufacturing and sales.
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm

What You'll Do:
* Data Entry Extraordinaire: Process customer orders, supplier bills, and manage accounts payable/receivable with accuracy and efficiency.
* Customer & Supplier Champion: Provide support to our distributor customers, manage invoicing and order receipting, and ensure smooth order processing.
* Freight Coordinator: Organise and book pallet orders to keep everything moving right on time.
In addition, you’ll work alongside other team members in:
* General Customer Service: Answer phones, respond to emails, and engage with walk-in customers to provide great service.
* Website Order Specialist: Check off online orders to ensure all goes smoothly.
* Small Order Expert: Handle data entry for smaller orders with precision and care.
